Unbox the spirit of Halloween with our Skeleton’s Enchanted Grove, part of our limited-edition Halloween collection. This handcrafted candle cake is mailed straight to your door and includes everything you need for a fun, creative experience or a cozy night in.
 
Each box includes:
✔️ 1 Candle Cake Base in your chosen color
✔️ Halloween-themed molds (displayed in your photo) in your custom colors
✔️ 3.5 oz of wax for pouring 
✔️ Icing color of your choise
✔️ Secure packaging for both your base and molds
✔️ Backup molds — just in case anything happens in transit
 
📦 A step-by-step video guide is included via the instructions in your box — we recommend watching it before you begin!
 
🕯️ Simple Instructions:
  • Warm the wax in a microwave-safe dish in short intervals (15–30 seconds), stirring in between.
  • Carefully put your wax on the edges of your candle cake. 
  • Wait 10-15 minutes for the wax to start setting. (hotter it is in your home, it will take longer. in colder temperatures, it will set faster.)
  • Gently place your molds where you want them — don’t press down.
  • If a mold begins to sink or the wax is still too soft, give it a few more minutes.
  • Need to fix the surface? Use a lighter to gently reset the section of your surface where needed.

    Creative tips before you begin:

    • Stacking/attaching molds together: Warm the bottom of one mold with a lighter, then press it onto another to create fun add-ons like hats or layers.
    • If you have crafting tweezers at home, they’re perfect for placing smaller molds with extra precision. To add more fun to your experience, paint the details on your molds before designing!

    Step 1: Unbox Your Candle Cake Kit

    • Remove your candle cake base and place it on something you don’t mind throwing away afterward (you can even use the box).
    • Carefully unwrap your molds from the smaller box and bubble wrap. They’re delicate—handle with care.
    • Don’t worry if one breaks—I’ve included backups. If all break, you can fix them by gently melting the edges with a lighter (see video).

    Step 2: Plan Your Design

    • Before melting your wax, place your molds on the candle base to map out your design. This helps you visualize how your candle cake will look once it is finished. Be creative & have fun bringing you

    Step 3: Melt Your Wax

    • Pour your colored soy wax into a microwave-safe dish (a spouted plastic or glass measuring cup works best for safe pouring)
    • Heat in the microwave, stirring every 1 minute 30 seconds, for a total of 5 minutes 30 seconds. Set aside for 5 minutes before pouring onto your candle cake base.

    Step 4: Pour the “Icing” Layer

    • Move your molds completely off your candle before pouring.
    • When ready, slowly pour the melted wax over your candle base, starting at the edges and working around until the surface is filled.
    • If wax drips down the sides, that’s perfect—it looks like real icing!

    Step 5: Let It Set

    • Wait 10–15 minutes before placing molds.
    • Timing varies by room temperature: warmer = slower, cooler = faster.
    • The wax should look semi-firm, not liquid, before moving on.

    Step 6: Add Your Molds

    • Gently place smaller molds first on top—do not press down.
    • If molds sink, the wax isn’t ready yet. Wait a few more minutes.
    • If the wax has hardened too much, gently warm the spot with a lighter before placing the mold.
    • Save heavier molds for last, as they stay in place better once the wax has begun to firm up.

    Step 7: Final Touches

    • Let your candle cake dry completely before displaying.
    • To attach molds to the sides of your cake, melt a small spot with a lighter and pretss the mold into place.
